Little is known of Terra Mesa beyond the identity of their Sky Knight squadron, the Interceptors.
The only part of Terra Mesa shown is the Interceptor's memorial. The memorial consists of a flag bearing their emblem, and upon its recovery, one of their shields.

- The name is a reference to the mesa, which refers to an isolated, flat-topped elevation surrounded by steep cliffs.
